- At least 3 years of working experience as Leader / Supervisor in manufacturing (Bags/ Apparels/ Garment/Shoe)
- Good communication skill, analyticalthinking, problem solving, team work etc
- Willig to beplaced at Grobogan
- Can join immediately
- Managedetailed,comprehensive and structured test plans and test cases
- Documenting quality assurance activities in the form of reports and internal audits
- Lead the handling of customer complaints, improve internal analysis and prevent recurrence of problems Ensuring that the products producedmeetcompanystandards and requirements
- Collecting data related to material, process and productquality data
- Collaborate with internal team for problem discovery and solving problem
