we're hiring GA & Legal Staff PT Sumber Kopi Prima (Site Kudus)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Controlling GA vendor agreement documents.and follow up with related parties regarding.agreement updates.
- Monitoring and controlling daily task and review performance of the subordinates
- Coordinating with other departments to support factory operation including stationary, employee meals, and other things that are needed.
- Supporting the process of permit extension including operational vehicles.
- Controlling office, factory buildings, and facilities also follow up with parties if there are any reparation needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree in law or management.
- Have a minimum 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Skillful at administrative task, attention to detail, and passionate to work in teams.
- Able to driving car and own SIM A is an added value.
- Work location: PT Sumber Kopi Prima (Site Kudus)
