Community Engagement Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Strategize reseller acquisition to build new community in area together with reseller coordinator
- Engage with reseller communities in their area with a focus on empowering communities to grow, through sharing, helping, & co-learning within these communities
- Develop reseller coordinator capabilities in developing their community to be a productive community
- Act as a brand ambassador & represent Evermos who encourage the community through Komunitas Belajar Bisnis by Evermos to achieve its goals (earn max. income through Evermos)
- Manage calendar events, project timelines, and event budgets.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree
- Willing to be placed at Kota & Kabupaten Kudus, Jawa Tengah
- Min. 2 years of proven work experiences in community management
- Good communication skills & highly customer-focused
- Has broad network especially in UMKM, Campus, PKK & local community
- Able to work in the field and willing to travel within their region
