Strategic Purchasing Staff
Job Responsiblities
- Indirect procurement category management, business classification and continuous updating of categories (Luggage, Bag, Garment)
- Supplier sourcing for indirect procurement to meet the needs of business departments and continuous cost optimization
- Supplier management, development, process abnormal coordination, elimination & optimization
- Contract signing and ledger management
- Abnormal assistance in the procurement execution process
- Data statistical analysis and continuous planning of KPI assessment projects such as development and cost reduction
- Other company arrangements
- Engaged in procurement work for more than 3 years / indirect procurement for more than 2 years, MRO (maintenance, repair, operating equipment materials & services), logistics, IT information, intermediary services & other categories of procurement experience is preferred
- Skilled in using basic office software & other information systems (OA, ERP, SAP, etc)
- Good data analysis & presentation skills
- Rich experience in sourcing & supplier management
- Fluent in English Mandarin
- Ready to be placed in Grobogan (Central Java)
